3 months ago I had a word with a person named Suryakant Tewari. He shared with me the list of projects which they are having. I Was told that time that you do not need to pay any upfront amount or any kind of amount till my center gets live and it was told that after signing the contract it will only take 10 days to go live. During the discussion i asked Suryakant Tewari to give me the details of the reference call center in nearby location so that we can crosscheck whether they are genuine or fake. Initially he said he will share once i signed the contract but i didn’t move forward. After some time Suryakant Tewari mailed me few pictures of their center in Jammu or some other place and he told me they are running center in Indore aswel so they will support me in technical setup as well as their team will be at our center till it gets live and running successfully.
I trusted this guy Suryakant Tewari and started the document process, the draft of the contract shared by them and they asked me to print it on letterhead of my company and signed it and mail the scanned copy to them and i did the same but they never gave me final signed copy. Now Suryakant Tewari mailed me and asked me to book his flight tickets and book the hotel as per their policy the center has to take care of these expenses. I book the tickets and hotel and it cost me 25-30k, when this guy reached at hotel he called me at night around 11:30 pm and asked me to pay for his taxi expense. I fault was that i was doing whatever he was asked. He come to our center and first he asked me to order for his breakfast and then for the entire day he did nothing for and just passing the time by sitting outside or surfing on phone and on 2nd day same thing happened. When i asked him to give proper training to the agents he said they are experienced and already smart and do not need any training. He went back after 2 days and no proper training, assessment and certification happened as per the agenda shared by them. When I asked Suryakant Tiwari about the team assessment so he stopped picking my call and try to make excuses. After forcing him by calling and emailing him again and again he told me they i need to pay 675 per agent for background check before the assessment. I paid him for 10 agents and he conducted the assessment by own as there was no client involved and later told me you agent failed the assessment and they can’t help it. We have wasted our money, energy and time on hiring the candidate, technical setup, office rent, company registration and other miscellaneous expenses and they didn’t even bother to help us in the middle. We wasted around 3 lakhs and cheated by Business Drive Company. They are simply fraud and they will send you email by the name of different name (Shankar, Shruti, Rahul Sethi etc.) but they never give their number not even on their email.
