I have subscribed to Business India Magazine for one year.
I am not getting the regular magazine, after repeated follow-up with the people, magazines not coming. I have kept mobile reminders as magazines are not coming, so that I can follow up.
I am feeling cheated and look like I'm trapped. I am frustrated with your service
Is it possible to return my money back? I do not want to read your magazine after having pathetic service.
Could you please look into the case and really work on why you are troubling your customer, who has paid money to take your service?
Please guide me, what is my next step to get my money back? Will you take any actions to improve your service for the customer who has got trapped in subscriptions?
