I purchase Butterfly 2 burner glass top gas stove (auto ingnition ) on nov 2014 . After some days we big hole in burner due to this gas is leaking over the burner when ever the stove is on . We raise the complaint after one week of purchase and visit the service engineer confirm the burner is issue and agreed to change the burner .
But still they are not change the burner and the problem is not resolve and i almost call every day to the customer service they always give the irresponsible answer's ( like burner is not in stock, we will check with the manage and some other reasons ...)
Past 4 months i called several times and sent a many emails But there is no responds from them and i am straggling with this worst product.
Kindly do the needful .
