I had purchased your smart table grinder few years back, of late it is not working. We took it to your service center at parayanchery, kottoli, kozhikode. It is with them for the last one month, they are not able to repair with an excuse that parts are not available with the company. I hope it is not a chinese product to use and throw and butterfly company will maintain the goodwill and standard to take care of its customers. Pl.
