[Resolved]  BWSSB — Drainage connection not connected to main.

Dear Sir/Madam This complaint needs immediate attention as this has been a longstanding problem. It seems that the drainage connection of our road has not been given to the main connection and there have been more and more apartments in the area, which leads to the drain water returning into the houses during heavy rains. This has been brought to the notice of the authorities concerned too, but least is done. Kindly do the needful as we are suffering a lot from this. Please kindly do the needful ASAP.
