BWSSB — inferior quality of the material used by L & T

The quality of the material they have used is inferior quality. There is no body to check the quality of the material by the govt side, we are surprised that is any quaified engineers have checked the system before giving the order.Pl instruct the concerned person to visit & rectify the problem before we escalate through media.
