BWSSB — Water bill coming is very high

Sir,
This is regarding the Water bill being generated without Meter Reading.
Till December 15, the bill was getting generated as per water consumption.
But January 2016 onward, the bill is coming huge, even we are staying only
2 people and we are not using the kavery water. Then how come the bill amount
coming like Rs. 4647/-, 1800/-, 1711/- respectively; we had stopped the Kavery water since
March 2016 and the water had been restricted to not going into the tank at all
past 3 months; but the water bill coming very high. We are 2 people staying in the
building and we use Borewel water for daily use. The water bill should come minimum
as per the water consumption. We request you to get the water meter checked and replace it.
Because of this our life has been very tensed. Pls do the needful.
Hence I kindly request you to look into this matter and do assist in providing the
resolution at the earliest.
