[Resolved] BWSSB — Wrong bill | |||
Sir My rr no; se325315 ( ecs payment from karnataka bank hsr layout) My name; nandagopal j & lakshmidevi k, at no;, 92, 18th cross, 28th main, sector 2, hsr layout. In the bill given in the month september 2014, rs 111/- was added as interest + balance for the month of august . I sent an email to the, aee, bwssb, btm office, no responce was received. I wisited the sub dn office personally, at btm layout, it was stated that the ecs was bounced back, from the bank. Hence the rs, 111/- was added . On enquiry, at the bank, manger has verified and said that they have not received any ecs demand, from your office, Sufficient balance was there in my s/b a/c, there is no reason to bounce back. I have writen a letter, to the aee, bwssb, btm, enclosing copy of my bank pass book, to the aee bessb, btm layout, , ( sent it by corior). So far, i have not received any reply.. So i request you kindly to verify, and arrange for refund or adjust the extra amount collected from me, un necessaryly. . Please confirm me, the action taken in this regard early.
