This is not happening only in chennai. its happening all over tamilnadu.
In tasmac they used to charge more than the MRP amount quoted in the bottle.
For 360ml(whisky,brandy and rum) they used to charge 35 rupees extra. This is not applicable for the alcoholic drinks...
