I checked in into radisson blu dwarka on 1st october 2017 (#[protected] and checked out on 2nd october. On check in, i was asked to deposit a security of rs 5000 which i did through my credit card. I was ensured a refund within 2 days agter check out.
It has been 19 days, i have been trying to contact radisson blu but all in vane. Everytime the call is transferred from the reception to the accounts department or the duty manager...

Hi,
Today we went out to dine in at Radisson Blue (Avatar), Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. They charged service tax on total bill amount rather charging it on service charge. As per the definition - "Service Tax can be charged only for the services provided to the customer" so service tax should be on service charge, not the total amount. Here are the bill details
Food - 7,518
service charge 5% - 375.90br...
