I ordered for 1 month amul milk after paying in advance by credit card in april. They kept on giving repeated dates from april till may for delievry but in the end they said that they will not be able to deliever and will refund the amount but till date no refund has been done. Their customer care people talk rudely. Please help me in getting refund

I made an order on 19th february on 24×7 fresh for milk supply and my order id is[protected] . Since the day i ordered, the delivery never started . First they said our system has crashed than internal issues and giving number of excuses . I waited for 2 months and then i asked for refund but they never did that also . From march end i am waiting for my money, everytime i call them they say sir we assure you we will give your money back but...

We subsribed 24×7 fresh for one month milk. We all ready paid for 1 month subscibtion. We dont recive any kind of mail even text message. We already had call them they said subsribtion will start on 16th may 2016 but we dont recieved any notification from their hand. Plz resolve our problem. This is the age of online shopping, how can such kind of fraud companies even existing in devloping india...
