its a fraud survey company

Before three months my friend give me the advise to invest money in an online survey company who's name is ALGULFNET.BIZ. As I have trust on my friend I invested in this company. it has a easy plan in which you have to pay 36000INR and you will register on this company after registration every wednesday you got a survey and when you done the survey you got 500INR in your OJW INCOME, but till now I have not been able to debit any amount...

The company algulfnet.biz had changed his website address yesterday but today that website is not found on net and the website is algulfnet.net and there are also many complaints about this company,my father requested for cash in bank and the time given by the company has finished abu still the cash is not credited in father's account please suggest me what to do....
