I have got a speaker from amazon (Order#[protected] and after a couple of days, the product was dead after using a couple of times, i tried contacting the seller which turned to be useless, i googled the manufacturer details, the phone number never works and after multiple emails they gave an address to return the product and mentioned that they would give replacement. I shipped the order and now there is no response from the manufacturer,...

I have Altec lansing VS4121 Speakers which is out of warranty. currently they are not working properly so I visited the service centre but their representative said they only accept which is in warranty. and parts of this speakers are not available in the market so what can I do ?...

I recently purchased VS2621 series on April 28th 2010 from

The speakers are ok but the subwoofer bass is bad, it
distorts at a volume of 25%. That is unheard of. I tried returning it on april

Altec Lansing makes docks for iPods but they don't supply the docking cradle to make the iPod fit the dock. After seven months of weekly requests via email and telephone calls, I still do not the two-cent piece that will make the $300 dock work. How does the dock sound? I baught an altec lansing subwoofer form R.B Infotech , shaktinagar, rourkela, orissa. whose mrp. wasRs1690. But the dealer told me that the company was taking an extra amount of Rs660 for some inbuilt adapter.By doing this the company was avoiding some of the taxes.
