altec lansing — speaker not working

i brought this pair of speakers model no VS4121 blk from DIRECT ADVANTAGE 103, vishal bhawan.95, nehru place, name of salesman-SANJAY. on 6 april 2009, retail invoice-681.
from that time these speakers are not working properly by the time i have unpacked them.
i went to the dealer to complain 3 times but they are not ready to listen to my complain.
they only tell us to drop the speakers there a take them again and i have did this 2 times, they are not even replacing them.we went to the shop to buy the speakers from CREATIVE but the shopkeeper told us buy these speakers as the are worlds best speakers next to BOSE.they did not even gave us the demo of the speakers.this is my request to please refund my claim and parking charges.or replace these speakers.
