Not giving refund for 3 months...

I bought some products online from Amante India from their website https://www.amantelingerie.in on 7th Oct 2022 and returned the products to the seller by 11th Oct 2022. Since then, the seller has been avoiding to refund my money and is making excuses to give some more time. its been more than 45days now since I have repeatedly been asking the company to refund my money, failure to do which I am raising this official complaint against them...

Hi, This is to hereby inform that I had ordered Night Suit for my spouse from Amante during first week of March 2020, but due to size and quality issue, i had placed the request to return the same, and so it was picked up by 2nd week of March 2020 and returned order also received by Amante. but till date money is not refunded back to me. They had asked me that due to some issue, we can't refund the order back to your original mode of payment,...

I ordered a racer back tankini swimwear size m from amante website last week (Order a8635), however, the product is not as per the dimensions specified by their sizechart. As per the website, the overbust measurement for size m is 34 - 36 inches. Even though i am within this range, the product does not fit. When i wear the tankini and raise my hand even slightly, my chest gets uncovered.

Placed an order[protected] on14 / 8 / 15 it wz del on20 / 8 bt the product was not as it was featured so on 21 / 7 i placed a return req as its website clearly displays easy return policy bt it hs been more 2weeks neithr they replaced the product nor they are replyng to my e mails....
