Amarprakash builder a cheating organisation never trust them and buy a flat / villa from them and never invest your hard earned money with them.
To my experience and my fellow buyers, the offers were many as parking for rs 1 lakh and handing over by june 2015.

Hi ALL,
Please don't buy house in Amarpraksh fully money minded those who buy flat need to go back of AMraprakash and beg.
I paid full amount for my Flat and they did'nt handover Key when Enquired they told cooly there is 3100 Rs pending.I don't know about this when I went to Amarpraksh Office with my laptop and showed all the details and they asked to sign one form in that it is mentioned like it is System...

Sirs, whatever i say now is 100% my experience
I have paid a hefty amount as booking advance and when i cancelled within a week, they tell 1% of project cost will be deducted from my booking and
They have taken all my money.
They cheat booking advance of people. The sales team use words coated with honey and sugar to get the booking amount early from you.

Amarprakash gives an unprofessional customer service. Read below
The draft agreement that they sent had wrong name, wrong PAN number, wrong project name etc. When questioned they said it is 'draft' and we have to correct :-)
The next version of the same document had a diffferent and incorrect name for POA.
The agreements are clearly one-sided. They dont mention anything about the amenities....
