I have purchased mic of video recording through amazon application and amount pay in advance in 31/8/19. Still product is not delivered 26/09/19. When i say cancel my order and give my amount back. They not cancel my order. They told still wait for product. And they give excuses that if seller approve for cancel then we will approve on it. But seller not reply anything.
This is an very serious issue which they created by amazon seller...

I ordered oppo f1 plus 64 gb gold mobile phone on 16th april and paid online by debit card they placed the order and the amount for the same was debited from my account and two hours they are telling that your order is disappointed because out of stock and you will get the refund in 2 to5 working days for the same but still after one week i don't get the refund
So please help me to get the refund

I have ordered for RS 5175 from amazon. In in 8 may .There's a cash back of 1500 rupees in sbi debit card. Cash Back has stated from 8 August. But i didn't get my cash back till now. The customer care of Amazon says me always we can't help u u go to bank .And the bank z saying we didn't give that offer and this offer is from amazon.in . So no one is helping .
