Amex Complaints & Reviews

I have never used credit card from Amex but they reported an account and outstanding of Rs.961 dating back to 6th June 2003 and reported status as Written off. It has affected my CIBIL Credit Score and Credibility. This type of false reporting is done in multiple cases dating back more than decade.

I received my Amex monthly statement for the period May 13-June 12, 2017 yesterday and found a charge on my statement made to Amazon Mktplace PMTS on 5/11/17 and posted on 5/13/17 in the amount of $110.54..

This was a surprise because I never did any purchase from Amazon this year, not on that date. I am not aware of that charge.

I called AMEX and they advice that I file a dispute and at the same time contact...

i I had a corporate AMEX credit card when i was working in my previous company. My details: Relationship no :3769******03 Phone No: [protected] When i quit the company, I had surrendered the card and cleared any pending dues on the card. I get calls to pay the bill and buy credit card!!!On one hand AMEX confirmed that card is cancelled, on the other hand AMEX ppl are calling to clear my dues!!! I have a proof for all my dues cleared...

Pleasee note that few months I have joined the organization Reuters Market light and got the American express credit card[protected], on behalf of the organization I was doing the transactions on the card and my organization was responsible for clearing up the dues. Alos, my reporting manager was having the facility of viewing the charges on my card anytime he wishes inspoite of all the convenience and the tolls...
