No refund no response...

Hi I have ordered a designer dress from this seller via contacting his facebook seller page. He delivered the dress next day and i paid Rs 2150 to him.

But when we checked the packet the dress was not matching which we ordered from him, now he is not refunding the amount.

This Fraud seller is not answering calls too.

I have ordered product worth 2350. The quality of the product is cheap n horrible .the Facebook seller of this company is not responding to the messages. The other people r also having same problem .the reviews of this page r also bad .I want my money back .this company should be banned becoz every one is facing problems n no one will order on Facebook, bcoz of this company....

I have ordered a lehenga from Anix Mart Surat Gujrat worth Rs2250...Lehenga was not same as shared picture at the time of order and is of very cheap quality..So I asked for return and refund for the same on Dec 14, 2020. But there is no update from these people..they have blocked my facebook profile from which I ordered. Also they have switched off their phone.
These are fraud people.

They are not picking up phone, and product is very cheap quality...

The quality of the product is poor and they don't respond when asked for refunds and returns. Ignoring a customer is bad....
