My kind advise to all.PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY APARTMENTS IN COIMBATORE PROJECT,WHICH WAS RELEASED LAST SEPTEMBER BY ANNAI BUILDERS.Documents are not legally clear.When I asked for the refund they said they will deduct 10% from the booking amount for the project which is NOT LEGALLY APPROVED.Kindly don't book any house from this project since I have booked and suffering now.I don't want you people also to suffer the...

As per agreement, Annai builder is refusing to give the Sanitary ware after construction of the house. I got the new house at Wimco Nagar (Tiruvottriyur) from Annai builder. While construction, we asked to change some of the Sanitary ware items which they providing by default, to products which we provide.
