Hi All,
My kind advise to all.PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY APARTMENTS IN COIMBATORE PROJECT,WHICH WAS RELEASED LAST SEPTEMBER BY ANNAI BUILDERS.Documents are not legally clear.When I asked for the refund they said they will deduct 10% from the booking amount for the project which is NOT LEGALLY APPROVED.Kindly don't book any house from this project since I have booked and suffering now.I don't want you people also to suffer the same.Don't ever believe the mesmerising words of annai builders(FRAUD BUILDERS).
