Aqua care company is a big fraud. Don't know how they get aqua guard customer numbers like my number. We don't even realize they are not from eureka aquaguard company. First, they came and replaced filters and took 5k money and then it was leaking the service guy came and took 350 rs. It was again leaking and called customer care 30 times and they didn't even bother.in fact, the customer care lady said they will not send...

I had purchased an aquaguard water purifier and the 1st year was approaching when i received a call from this company saying my aquaguard is due for service and it has to be serviced. The filter was indeed due for service and i requested them to come over. I have given complaint about my aquagaurd is not working to aqua care costumer care 5 days before and every day they are saying they will send the technician to fix but they are not coming. This is not the first time they are doing like this. Aqua care is very bad service. I west of my money for one year service. Next time i never give money to aqua care....

Before service my purifier is well and good and working fine, service center guy came and changed inside and outside filters.
Charged 1900rs for filters and service.
Service agent didn't fixed it properly and the result is electric board failed due to water leakage from inside filters.

They replied me, that they will replace the electric board, and till now they didn't.
Not even replying on phones.
