I got Tata photon plus connection in November 2010. My Tata photon plus Service No is [protected]. From 1st day of the connection I am facing very low speed and hence register several complain about network. I am getting very low speed it’s below 30kbps but when I bought the connection they committed that I would get the speed always more than 256kbps (they are committing the broadband speed would be upto 2MBPS)....
