He has taken money from me and it has been more than 45 days but still there is no result.He has all positive reviews on justdial as negative reviews are not being permitted

Dr Abhay Bhoktibhikshu is a listed and famous astrologer on justdial website with many positive reviews.
I have given Rs 21300/ and it has been more than 45 days with work not done which shows his fakeness.
Further while giving reviews on justdial it is not being accepted.

We are in relationship with Indiamart from last 4 years.Before two months, your marketing manager of chandigarh panchkula Branch told us to expand our bussiness and we paid 72000/- to Mr Kinshuk.And he told that we will get responce in ten days but till now we didn't get responce from Indiamart YOu can cheak you site and see.And now we are trying to call him but he is not picking our call.
