In morning 10:30 am ladies staff are present in office I have to connection of 2nd cylinder up to 10 minutes they not attend me when I asked them what is the opening timing the reply 9:00am I said now is 10:30 am then one of them lady very rudely behave with me and said you can complaint anywhere I can't talk more because she was ladies but ladies have not manners and scense to talk with customers you are requested polite and qualify employees....

Today in Morning 10:30 am when I reached to Office to getting 2nd cylinder connection there was dusting work when I ask to staff please attend me there was 3 ladies staff one f them very rudely behave with me and said stand there and many more thing I complaint also owner of agency but he also not take seriously you are kindle requested please trained to staff and give service well to customers....

All redy complaned but no response. Without cooking after some hours stove geeting heat very high while the main regulater is on and stove regulater is off....

My cosumer no is 6408. I booked a cylinder about a month ago. The booking is now by computer system. When checked about after 3 weeks, it indicated that there is no booking, while intermittent checking confirmed the booking. Again booked the cylinder but even after 8 days there is no supply. No body picks the phone on other/previous numbers given to us. It has become a headach after computerisation....
