Not Refunding Money
Hello,
I booked a flat with this company Name Nitishree, I paid 1, 72000 + 14, 56000 thru Axis Bank Loan. The delivery date of the flat was in April 2009.
They still havent delivered. When I visited the site there was no work being done in my section and I expect it will take more than 1 year to get it done.
I requested them for refund but they are saying company dont have fund to refund.br...

Fraud: Booking delayed and no support
I booked a flat with them, it was to be delivered in April 2009, again they said in Dec 2009, now they are saying in June 2010, when you ask for refund they decline. Please join http://nitishreefraud.blogspot.com/...
