Even I booked a 2 BHK with this Builder but still not got possession

Dear All,

I too booked a flat at same project, the expected delivery was April 2009 with a grace period of 3 months, but it seems that the delivery is not feasible before mid 2010.

We request all of you come together to raise a collective voice against this fraud builder...

I also have booked a flat at Aura chimera, Niti shree Infrastructure at May 2007 and paid all 15, 30, 000 Rs thru axis bank and 1, 85, 000 by me. as percompany they expected delivery date was April 2009 with a grace period of 3 months, but till now they have not started any work in my block.

I request them to returne the money but they refused.

We request all of you come together to raise a collective voice against this fraud builder...

please let us know the updated status

i have booked the same and now worried for my home loan if they are not going to hand over.are we get any compensation against delay.
suppose if we will make delay they chrge 20% what about them are they going to pay for this delay.
where we should complain.

It is unfortunate with us to make relation with fraud people like aura group. They are worthless. Yesterday I went his office at B-111, Sector-5 Noida but these Baiman people were not there.I on behalf of all the intersted consumer, urge you to kindly come across and show the strength against these Baiman Log.

We had a meeting at Aurachimera Site with Nitishree MD : Mr Ankur Jain and that was very Satisfactory .

Another meeting is scheduled for 17th Jan 2010 at 11:00 am at site. Please try to join it and you can directly talk to Mr Ankur Jain if you have any query .

I also have a flat booked in this property and there is no update from their end. I am not sure if we have some penalty clause towards builder in our contract.

I too booked a 2BHK flat in Aura Chimera. But they are not giving the possession.

I think its time to come on a common platform against these people.

hi all

i booked this flat in july 2007 and still waiting for possession of my 3 BHK flat in E block. but every time when i asked them for possession to nitin pathania he answered me that it will take another 2 months time, it's heppen so many times since september 2009. evean there is no any devlopment on the site.
i think we should pull the owner of Neetishree out and kick on his one by one uncounted.
