Sir,
My old credit card has been expired on may 2016 and one month earlier i had got the sms that, new credit card already dispatched. But till date i've not receive the new credit card and whenever i'm making any payment against old credit card; it is showing payment is made on other credit card number. I'm in dilemma that actually what is going on neither i'm getting the actual bill whatever i'm spending; it is always much more....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Asking for payment even after closure
I have received the DD with the facility of 0.75% interest rate in the month of April, but the bank charged more than what it has confirmed. So as per the mail transactions i have made the complete payment with that extra interest amount on 5th June 09.
I have cancelled the card and also informed the bank that i have cleared the amount and i am cancelling the card. I got the acknowledgement for the payment.
