Dear Customer care,
Sub: Makemy Trip processed 50% only against airline refund .
My flight was cancelled by Airline and not by me,
Then why are you deducting airline fee and your convenience fee .
Infact, . you should pay an additional Rs 2000/ for my additional last minute booking to another airline .
I already suffered a lot and you are deducting the same for your failures and airline failures...

With reference to my Landline No. 2255026, for the past two months I am getting Internet Broadband which I am using (combo 650 plan) from BSNL bill abnormally i.e for the month of May 10 is Rs 4500/- and June 10 is Rs 4500/- almost 9000/- above. I have requested the BSNL Office Puducherry and they have asked me to give the complaint in writing. on 12.7.10 but no reply has far been received from them. What should I do further. But one...
