i buy bata shoe from one of your show room in kollam kerala, (, bata sohe store, main road, kollam), after buy from this shop, i chequed another show room in kollam, there is a price difference for same iteam, it is happend on today after noon, i am seaman travelling allround the world, i am using bata for lat 20 years, i feel bad on this matter
orginal price is1999 RS, but they take 2300RS, It is the matter of lost believe in bata...

2days back i went to buy shoes from bata showroom in front of citycentre salt lake..
i selected a pair of shoes..but due to personal interest of a salesman they didnot wish to sale it..
they further went to convince me that the shoe is damaged..they took the shoe from me..
after 1 min he returned to show that the sole is torn and will not sale it..
this was the worst encounter i had ever in any showroom of any...
