Outrageous long distance charge

I called from my Sandals resort room phone to MA on 2/28 I was initially charged 49.10 then later it was changed to 41.90. For a 3 min call I called BBG and was told that the call was 6 min long and that they charge a $15 connect fee and a 4.99-5.99 per minute charge and it was up to me to press "o" to find out the rate. The room phone told me to hit 555#, enter cc #then dial the # I was calling directly. No other info was given...

over charge of my phone call

I made a local call from the Tele booth Milan international airport on 17/06/2009 for a minutes but i have been charged with 3transcation amount of $41.91, $41.89, $41.94. I came to know after seeing my card statment. I spoke to bank they said the merchant was BBG Communication Luxemburg. How can such big company dump or does such a fake transcation and how the airport authoriy let the company to run in such a place it is shame for the country...
