Provident Fund Amount Not Received Due to Co.Fault. Than why should I suffer from last NIne (9) Years
Dear Sir,
I am waiting of my Provident Fund Amount since 9 Years, But till now i have not get a single money against my P.F.No.UP/22507/31
Kindly look into matter seriously.

Waiting Provident Fund Amount from last 9 Years.

Ref : Resignation Dt.31/01/2000, but still I am waiting of my Dues Amount against P.F.No.UP/22507/31
Please refer to my application dated 25th October, 2006 through Courier dated 26th October, 2006 .
We are submitted the Form NO.10-C (EPS) alongwith Form No.19 (P.F) and Form No.10 for Full & Final settlement of my dues, but still I am waiting the full and final...
