Kasturba nagar society at chembur having only resident permission from building proposal dept. But most of the resident convert their flats to shops and godowns, without approval from bmc authority, bmc mwest has already cancelled 40 nos. Of shops gumasta of that society, still shops are running without gumasta. Also bmc mw has issue mrtp notice of 53 and strucuture audit notice to society, but society is not serious on this issue.

The FoB / Sky walk near IIT Market cannot be used by commuters. In fact it is used for urinating and drinking alcohol. Please depute an officer for supervising the FoBs. This force people to cross the roads which is only 20 seconds signal time.

The tiles are broken. It is suggested to renovate without any roofs and visible from below FoB which will avoid people to use it as a shed for loitering and urinating....

Everyday morning there is no cleanliness at all on the roads and pavements opp IIT market. The Garbage Bin should be removed from the BEST Stop of IIT Market (both sides near church, near to Mansarovar building and bus stop opp. IIT Market - should be placed inside the by-lanes or arrange to collect from houses and remove hawkers) which has led to more dirt on the roads. As far as possible, all the Garbage Bins of Mumbai should be moved inside...

My complaint regards Prem Nagar, Borivali West. In October 2009, concretisation work had started on the Prem Nagar road and finally as of March 2010, after nearly 6 months, the work was completed. However, the entire stretch of road from the entry of Prem Nagar right up to its end at Devidas Lane has been left dug up and this has been left as is for the last 2 months. We were hoping that someone would complete this work but it has been left...

I have a milk dairy below my residential flat. The property that has been purchased by the dairy is for "commercial use" only. However, the owner has several machines and equipments which emit a lot of smoke and vibrations in the building. They have also resulted in my flat floor being heated up.

Every morning at about 4:30am-5:00am and late at nights, there is loading and unloading of jars which make heavy noise....
