My order number is BW[protected].
I paid money and ordered on 22/05/2023. They sent confirmation mail and said that my order would be dispatched on 26/05/2004. But from 26/05/2023 onwards, expected dispatch date increases day by day, but not dispatched yet now.
I think that they are scamming me.
Where is my order ?...

I ordered a book from Bookswagon with Order #142515 on 6th Nov 2015. The amount for transaction was made through paytm wallet. I got a confirmation from PayTm and my bank that the amount has been deducted but no confirmation from Bookswagon. I approached bookswagon 5 times since 8th Nov 2015 but they say they don't have any details about this orderId. They suspected it could be due to technical issue with their site. I have approached...
