I have add complaint on 21 may 2014 to costumer care and they give commitment to resolving the problem in 24 hours but not resolve up to 29 may 2014 therefore misguide to me by company add my important work suffer due to this region. As I am interest to take broadband connection of Relience which is very huge company in all the fields but I am sorry to inform you that there is no connectivity in full of our residence placewhich is near about only 200 mts. of a dls connection. Your lineman who checked the connectivity line refuse to give connection. It is not fair for the company to avoid many customers for the same. Pl. make a proper arrangement for the above Connectivity...
