i am concerned citizen of bank enclave wants to complain against 2 case of illegal construction in our colony in house no. 238 and 254.
many residents of our colony are disturbed and concerned because of this. A huge dumper trucks supply raw material for construction sight causing heavy damage to water pipe lines of our house no. 266 and some other neighbors...

Dear head of operations

I was purchased skoda Rapid on 2016 my vehicle no is TN 72 BC7900 since from till now i have spending around 2.0 lac as maintance cost. Last week we had replaced the sensor which costing Rs 12000 and again now the service adviser said need to replace the oil cooller which cost is 35 thousands rupees. we never expected this kind of looted.

We asked the vehicle service history they denied...

I am complaining about an ongoing construction near my home, new ms-18 mohan garden, uttam nagar, near pani ki tanki. The builders have created 5 storage building consisting of 24 flats in the land beside our home. Due to which, our property faced damage. Floor of our house is damaged and their is adverse affect in the walls also.in this house, we are 5 people who live, 2 senior citizens and 1 child.

Techies or Poor people,

Beware of Builders in Bangalore and other locations.. Dont buy any property Flat/Plot, if they are quoting high price above 1000 Rs per sqft. Pls go to BDA/Biaapa office and check the Goverment value of that property and compare the price. Builders will quote 10 times more. And that money will be shared by Builders and politicians. You will end up buying a single Flat paying the loan life...

I am staying in a society in Pune. Some builder has bought our neighbour's bunglow. He is not statying there. Huge grass has been developing every few months in his plot and we call him up to clean it. That place has become unhygenic and not safe from kids perspective.
