Sir, as i have already made the online payment for neet 2018 from my sbi debit card but while paying the message appeared that payment failed due to technical error but a sum of 1400 rs has been deducted from my account and still payment has not been updated. My transaction no[protected]
So sir please help me out to get my money back so that i can f
Pay the fees again and complete my application form.

I have filled the aipmt 2016 form from sbi atm card which was somehow not received by cbse but was deducted from my account then i was told by cbse to make the 2nd payment. I did the second payment using bank of baroda debit card. I also got the refund of the 1st payment a week later.
