Status : HOLD - Proof of Permanent Address not valid.
KYC/ Modified Date : 3/15/2011
I had given My Passport copy for permanent address proof.
My Pan Number: ARZPP9157H
Please help me in this matter.

KYC
I applied for KYC on the 18th of January 2011. More than a month since I applied, but the status online still shows as "PRESENT IN PROCESS".
I also wrote many times to CDSL on [protected]@cdslindia.com. There has been no response to my emails.
For one week, almost every day, I tried calling them on the following numbers (published on their website)
[protected] / 6909/ 6910/ 6911...

KYC Acknowledgement
I had applied for KYC and received only the acknowledgement and to is wrongly named as "SHUBHASHISH SABYAL" instead of "SHUBHASHISH SANYAL".and still it is showing as PRESENT IN PROCESS.No document is receved till date.
