Its regarding irregularities in local serivices of central railway..there are 6.9 million commutaters are travelling by local services.. Mumbai railway is the most revenue generator who contribute heaviest to central govt fund. This all because as customer we have been very loyal to services and appereciate services at the same time nowdays there are no local services trains running on time except very few..today I was waiting at dombivali...

Foot over bridge

My complaint is regarding the existence of only one foot over bridge at Vidyavihar station. At peak hours, 9am-11am. the situation is very bad as the density of human traffice(ticket holders and people crossing over to the east-west) is immense. Today i.e. 06th February 2012, the situation would have been a catastrophe as there could have been a very bad stampede resulting in the loss of lives.
