Chapterone Bookstore Complaints & Reviews

Hello,

I had placed an order (#2940) on Chapterone books (https://www.chapteronebookstores.com/) on Aug 14 2022. However, the status of the order is still in "Processing" stage. I've paid the required amount and have received a confirmation email from them for the same (email screenshot attached here).
I've raised couple of emails to their support team ([protected]@chapteronebookstores.com) but no response from them as well.br...

I ordered the book almost 3 months ago and haven't recieved either an update nor the book itself. the customer service is extremely poor and this is my last resort....
