Hello,
I had placed an order (#2940) on Chapterone books (https://www.chapteronebookstores.com/) on Aug 14 2022. However, the status of the order is still in "Processing" stage. I've paid the required amount and have received a confirmation email from them for the same (email screenshot attached here).
I've raised couple of emails to their support team ([protected]@chapteronebookstores.com) but no response from them as well.
Also, their customer service doesn't have anything to raise a complaint (screenshot attached for the same).
Could you please help in requesting a refund from them as they are completely ignorant of emails and there's no way to register a complaint as well.
