So, for my baby's first birthday I had ordered a theme based cake. By seeing their brand and reviews. But I have I regret now, since they completely spoiled my cake. They didn't even give a knife to cut the cake the cake's shape had completely gone. For 5k rupees cake my 30k videography spoiled....

I ordered for a cake from Chef bakers online, worth 888rs on 9th of February 2023, to be delivered on the same day between 5pm and 7pm. Since there weren't any sms or mail update from them even by 5.15pm, I called the customer care number to get the update. Last week we ordered a cake from Chef Baker's Bellandur. While eating we found it was spoiled and was smelling v.bad too. Immediately we went and returned. But they refused to give replacement for that by saying that their chef has to verify whether it is spoilt or not..
Very Pathetic service....
