Chef Bakers — Denial of service and money paid

I ordered for a cake from Chef bakers online, worth 888rs on 9th of February 2023, to be delivered on the same day between 5pm and 7pm. Since there weren't any sms or mail update from them even by 5.15pm, I called the customer care number to get the update. The customer care team said they will ask the respective branch personnel to call me. The call did come and I was informed the flavor that I ordered was not available. They promised a refund within 3 to 4 working days which they said is their policy. On 18th when I called the bakers to check why the refund has not been done, he said it was refunded on 13th Feb. I checked my bank statement again and found that there were no transactions on that day. I asked them to get in touch with their bank to check why the money has not been credited to my account. To which they shared the screenshot with details of the payment made by me on 9th and a word refunded in the end. I kept telling them there is no proof that the money is sent to my account or any transaction ID with which I can check with my bank. He promised to call back and now he neither calls nor picks my call.
