This is to inform you that 8 nos apartment construction is under progress in 2nd street (20 feet street) bhel nagar medavakkam without leaving side setback. Construction is being carried out, compound wall to compound wall, but balcony/windows are planned. How they get air& light ventilation when there is no gap between compound wall and building. How they can plaster and paint when there is no space. Even for scaffolding no space is provided....

misuse of main road

This is to register a complaint that on the main road along the Chitlapakkam lake, opposite the Ayyappan Temple, building materials such as bricks, gravel and sand are freely staked occupying half of the road width. Many times a load laden lorry is also parked along side the heap to further strain the passage available hindering free movement of vehicles. This encroachment and many more such other encroachments along this road are to be checked...
