This is to inform you that 8 nos apartment construction is under progress in 2nd street (20 feet street) bhel nagar medavakkam without leaving side setback. Construction is being carried out, compound wall to compound wall, but balcony/windows are planned. How they get air& light ventilation when there is no gap between compound wall and building. How they can plaster and paint when there is no space. Even for scaffolding no space is provided. Fully violated apartment is being sold to the innocent customers who may face trouble later date.
I am surprised such constructions are permitted even after several warning by high court & other government departments. Also 4 bores of 350 feet is drilled with existing bore in a single plot leaving water scarcity for adjacent independent houses. Was this information helpful? |
