CIT solutions are cheats.

They only look for extracting as much as possible from customers and trapping new customers showing False Tarrif Plans and once the customer pays them the cheque they stop responding or attending to the complaints raised by the customer. I got broadband installed at my place after a month long followup.

I was trapped by subscribing to a 50Mbps plan for which I am getting no greater than...

CIT Solutions Pvt. Ltd is probably the worst Internet service provider in Bangalore. The speed for which they charge exhorbitant tariffs is never what consumers get.

However they have been sending us a wrong bill for last 6 months and have been levying late charges for a payment already made to them. My account nbr AWH000413 was closed on 29th Dec 2016 however till date they have not given me clarity on what i have to get back...

I have been subscribing to CIT solutions plan for over 9 months and they are the most unreliable providers ever. I have a 50 mbps plan and till date I have never got any where close to the speed that I am paying for. Despite multiple calls to their customer care and their director Channu no resolution has been provided so far.

I have results from speedtest.net for the last 3-4 months and the speed varies from 2 mbps to 40 mbps...

I am using CIT Broadband internet connection in Bangalore Kadugodi area.Its been 7 months since we last paid the bill and its been atleast 9 months since we have not been getting the promised speed of 16 MbPS. Speedtest.net shows 10 Mbps but our download speed is less than 256 kbps (which means we are actually getting less than 2 Mbps). I have forwarded mails to customer care and received false commitments from them.Also their service team...
