I had given my laptop for repairs to Simtech Ltd based in Sakinaka,Mumbai a month ago with the following problems
1) mouse pad not working
2) CD ROM reader and writer not working
3) over heating

I get a message from them 2 weeks ago saying the part has been ordered.
after which they tell me that the part was not compatible.

My self Mr. Manish Agarwal purchased compaq pres V3000 laptop Modle no.V3425AU, serial no.2CE73027FN.Product no.GN399PA. from Big Bazar Kapurbavdi Thane (w) on 08.11.2007 amounting rs. 33940 with discont at 31491. But the case is that i am facing some problems with this model from your company which is disturbing my day to day activity i m not able to do my work properly which is also effecting my Bussiness.Sorry to say i had very bad experience...
