compaq notebook — V3425AU defective product and service issues

My self Mr. Manish Agarwal purchased compaq pres V3000 laptop Modle no.V3425AU, serial no.2CE73027FN.Product no.GN399PA. from Big Bazar Kapurbavdi Thane (w) on 08.11.2007 amounting rs. 33940 with discont at 31491. But the case is that i am facing some problems with this model from your company which is disturbing my day to day activity i m not able to do my work properly which is also effecting my Bussiness.Sorry to say i had very bad experience with Compaq HP.following are the problems and issues and step taken by me.

1 Problem dated:- 12.02.08
No Disply
Fan Making Noise
DVD Rwriter is Making Noise while read or write DVD's or CD's
Solution :- I carried this laptop to Dixit Infotech Services Pvt.Ltd which one of your's Authorised Service Centre and i got my laptop back on 20.02.08 in ok codition satus working fine.

2 Problem dated:- 22.02.08 Instrument Gives Fatal Error. Solution:- I carried this laptop once again to Dixit Infotech Services Pvt.Ltd which took my 2 hours. and after wroking hard for 2 hours he asked me to carry this Instrument to HP India Sales Pvt .Ltd Kalina SantaCruz (E) Mumbai-98 on 25.02.08 i took my instrument on the above address . and my bad experience was that your hp guys just asking me aniny thing they just formeted my instrument and my all important data was lost once again i was standing no were because all my important files were deleted by your guys makeing an statement that Data Not Impotant can u pls tell me how your person can say that data which was deleted was not important. After few days on 29.02.08 i got my instrument back. makeing an statement that problem is shorted out. But i Know that formated intrument will never give u problem because it dosent have much data to great any problem.

3 Problem... now the problem is that instrument hang to much. i m very much disturb by all this problems i will be thank full to you i[censored] can come out with perfect solution where i can relax and do my work...Please reply on this mail as soon as possible thanks in advance... and i[censored] r not able to take some corrective action than i m sorry i have to go to Consumer court for help because your guys are just makeing me to run here and ther with no perfect solution

4 problem... customer service executive always hang-up the phone by saying somebody will contact you in 24 hours... but 24 hour does not have its end...
