Complaint against Auto Rikshawala Complaints & Reviews

I stay in titwala from the regency complex. to titwala station the distance is hardly 2 min by auto but auto rickshaw charges 40 Rs as they want 4 seats in one trip but because of delay people go alone and Rachow charge 40 Rs

we need proper Rickshaw stand with authorize organization. And rate card provided. run by meter. please in titwala rickshaw Wala is such a mess please do something for this....

In kandivali east, all shared rikshawala, get ride on rules and regulations and all police men's and traffic police men does not take any action on it, shared rikshawal doing following thing to harries the people

1)refuse healthy people to set, because they site four people on back, and with healthy people they cant take four on back

2)they take 6 to 7 people in one risha

3)fare of riksha also...

I was traveling from Vile parle station to Shraddhanand road not v familiar to me. So I caught one Rick. Upon seeing the intended building I asked the rickshaw to take a turn to which he refused & used certain bad words, which wasn't acceptable at all, he also refused to gave a change, on realising his bad intentions I somehow managed to get down, as the incident scared me a lot This was really abusing. Distance from Kailash complex (Vikhroli Park site) to Chandivali Studio- Charge without traffic should be between 25 to 30 Rupees. His meter was running fast. He asked for 40 rupees. I refused to give, So he started arguments. His Riksha Number is MH 03R 5534.

I request you to take necessary action against him.
