I had recently faced some problem in internet and got a call from my office that net is not working, and I was in ebony mall on mall road, so i went to the connect office in this mall. There was a lady named "Meenakshi" who listened to me and told me that there is a fibre cut due to which net has stopped working and will start from 5pm.
